We torched down the Altari shape to more perfectly fit a tama and it straight up evolved!
With the 1.1 update we DEEP burned away part of the sarado that we didn't want to be the contact point on the sarado.
Altrari 1.1 shape has a much deeper base cup hole and now it is even more lunar honed and balanced better than ever. It honestly slaps lunars now, think people are gonna get hype on this.
And all this burning and drilling away has lowered each ken's weight down a fair amount. Wins all over the place, this is gonna look a bit wild with the burned out saddle on top but hope that adds to it's enchants.
Weights: please DM us on instagram w/ your preferred weights! (+order #) and we will do out best to match that. and we try to weight match the kens and tamas!!
Kens: Beech ~78-84g but def have outliers
Rubberwood: ~72-78g our lightest weight option
Maple: ~78-87g (honestly I need to drill more base cup holes and weigh them before I have an accurate weights)
for the tama:
Each complete comes with a Sunny G (out in house glaze clear) coated onto of the new factory anti-skid paint. It comes with a pre-crushed crushable bevel that we soak and coat in Sunny G so the stalls are locked in from day 1.
If you haven't already, you really gotta try Sunny G(laze) out! It honestly plays super well and is wildly tough. It's waterproof and plays a bit sticky at first (in a good way) and breaks in well with no/low peeling or chipping over time. Ask anyone who has tried it to vouch for it!
For these completes, some of these are still getting burned and drilled so there might be a small shipping delay purely based on demand and how fast we can get these out!
