All tamas are 62mm and are thick double coated in the latest Anti-Skid Matte 2.0 coating. Perfect grip to slip, it feels magic. If it gets dusty, just wash and wipe it off. Been playing mine for weeks and haven’t broken through to the paint even a little. Very durable coating for sure.
These updated tama shapes have a wider 25mm (crushable) bevel that is great. Does not feel too big but also feels more modernized.
for weights: The weight should be accurate to ~2g based on humidity, in the colder drier winter tamas lose weight and in warmer humid times they gain weight. If your tama is lighter than you'd like try to add some humidity back, but eventually it will self adjust based on your local humidity.
